Silicone Rubber Heaters

Giving shape to a free idea

One of the special characteristics of silicone rubber heaters is that they are highly flexible. With Kawai Corporation's unique technology, these heaters can be made into a wide variety of shapes.

This heater can be shaped freely as your needs require, including holes and notches. The heating surface is heated appropriately. The minimum size is 3/5 sq. in., with a maximum size of 35.43" x ∞.

Although there are considerations to take into account such as watt density, this heater can withstand a temperature of 430ºF (220ºC) for 400,000 hours of continuous use.

Feel free to ask us at Kawai Corporation if you have any concerns about installation, thermal uniformity, or any other matters. We'll be happy to provide our kind assistance. We have the proven technological skill to satisfy your needs in regard to heater size, shape, and temperature distribution.

Since we offer a completely made-to-order system, we can provide all sorts of shapes, from flat to complex 3D shapes, in small lots of one or more. Let us know what you need!
