Tubular heaters have a sheathed
shape in which a heat coil (nickelchrome
wire) is inserted in the center
of metallic pipe and insulated with
magnesium oxidized.
They have a long history and are used
in a variety of applications. There are
models with bushing flange or with fins
wound around the outer diameter of
heater. There are also models which
ends are molded by chloroprene rubber. |
